COVID 19

Procedures from JULY 2021

From the 19th July 2021, the government decided to lift all restrictions across the country. However, as a small business, we feel that despite the government’s decision, Covid-19 does still pose a significant risk.

We feel it is still important to maintain some of the procedures we have been following throughout the restrictions issued this last year, but with more freedom.

These procedures are as follows:

  • Only ONE PERSON/FAMILY allowed in the reception area at any time. – Please wait outside until we call you in. Apologies if the weather is rubbish.

  • Please wear a mask – We would kindly ask customers to wear one to protect our team.

  • Arrive on time for your appointment – You may now leave your dog’s lead with us, however, please take all clothing items (bandanas, equafleeces, coats etc.) with you. Late arrivals (15 minutes or more late) will be refused service, sent home and charged 50% of the groom (As per our T&C’s)

  • Collections – We will notify all customers when their dog is ready to collect via text message. Customers will have 30mins to collect their dog once the message has been sent. If you wish for us to call you, or another person collecting, please let us know on arrival to your appointment. Late collections will be charged a boarding fee of £5 per 30mins or part-thereof, unless pre-agreed by the team.

  • Please use the Hand-Sanitizer Provided

  • Payments – Cash or Card

  • Cancellations - as per our T&Cs, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Without notice, customers will be charged 50% of the total cost of the groom (Certain exceptions apply at the discretion of the manager)

  • Nail Clips & Face-trims – Complimentary face trims are now available as walk-in appointments. However, as we are so busy, we may ask you to return at another time.

Although the government has decided to lift the majority of restrictions, we would kindly ask customers to follow our new procedures to keep our team safe. If one team member becomes sick with Covid-19 it will affect every customer appointment due to a knock-on effect of cancellations.

As we are so busy at the moment we would hate to put our team and customers appointments at risk.

We all Thank You for your understanding.
