Urbanpaw Business Owner & Grooming Director
With over ten years of grooming experience, Aimee combines her passion for dogs with a wealth of knowledge and skill. She specialises in ‘teddy bear style’ grooming and is known for creating beautifully balanced, individual trims that suit each dog’s personality and needs.

Trained in a wide variety of techniques from Breed Standard to Asian Inspired grooming, Aimee has attended numerous seminars and competitions nationwide, earning multiple awards for her work. Her calm, caring approach and commitment to high standards are at the heart of Urbanpaw.
Qualifications: Level 2 & 3 City and Guilds diploma in Dog Grooming & Pet First Aid Qualified

Harriet
Pooch Bespoke Styling
Harriet of Pooch Bespoke Styling specialises in Asian Fusion grooming and has a real talent for bringing out the best in every breed she works with. Her exceptional eye for detail and calm, gentle approach mean every dog feels comfortable and leaves looking their very best.
Outside of the salon, Harriet stays up to date with the latest grooming trends and techniques by attending seminars and events. Her passion for learning and natural skill have earned her awards, reflecting her commitment to always giving dogs the very best care and style.

Phoebe
Fluff and Buff Grooming
Phoebe of Fluff and Buff Grooming is the newest member of the Urbanpaw team. With over three years of salon experience, she brings a lovely calm energy, a caring approach, and a keen eye for detail to every groom. Phoebe isn’t biased when it comes to breeds or styles, she puts her all into every canine client she works with, ensuring they feel comfortable and leave looking their very best.

Outside of the salon, Phoebe is passionate about improving her skills. She spends her own time researching new grooming styles and trends and is keen to enter dog grooming competitions in the future.

Qualifications: IPET network level 3 in Dog Grooming, Pet first aid and canine behaviour.
Pets: Two cats called Tobi and Tara
Mando
Customer Liason Officer & Salon Security
Aimee's right hand pup, Mando the Toy Poodle is our resident host and salon security officer, in charge of meeting & greeting all fuzzy clients (including humans) and alerting our groomers to a human intruder that he really wants attention from!
